How To Work Out The Control Panel For Kadish Tolesa Vault
Most people cannot work this out (and I admit I couldn't either until now) and they just look at a solution.
I know it has been explained elsewhere, but here is my way of working out the combination to the vault.
You will need:
Prepare your piece of paper
When you get to the control panel you will see 6 buttons and 4 symbols for each button. Here is what I do:

I know it has been explained elsewhere, but here is my way of working out the combination to the vault.
You will need:
- KI pictures of the six columns in Kadish Gallery with the rotating gold tops. One picture for each side of the rotating tops.
- Pen & Paper
- You need to be at the vault control panel
Prepare your piece of paper
When you get to the control panel you will see 6 buttons and 4 symbols for each button. Here is what I do:
- On a piece of paper write the numbers 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 down the left side
- Draw the four symbols for each button next to each number on the paper.
- Write next to the symbols 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6
You should have 6 lines each line should have:
- The button number
- The four symbols for that button number
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 on the right
(if you want to print that off, right click and select "save image as", save the image, then you can print the image)
How to work it out
Now, look at the first KI picture of the rotating gold tops.
Look at column one. See that symbol?
Any line (for each button) on the paper with that symbol, cross out "1" on the right.
(because it's the symbol on the first column). You should find two "1"s to cross out.
In the same KI picture look at the second column. On your paper, cross out "2" on any line that has that symbol
("2" because it's the 2nd column)
Do the same for the other columns in the KI picture crossing out 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 depending on which column the symbol is for.
Now do the same for the other two KI pictures.
(You may find there are one or two symbols not on your page of symbols, if that is the case, don't cross anything out)
What you should have left are some 1's, 2's etc crossed out and some not.
Now, because the first button has a D'ni 1 on it, you KNOW that button is 1st. So on your first line (for button 1) circle "1" and cross out the others.
Then cross out "1" on the other lines.
One of the lines should only have one 1, 2, 3 etc not crossed out. Circle that one and cross that number out on the other lines.
Now look for lines (for each button) that only have one of the 1, 2, 3 etc not crossed out and circle that and cross out that one on the other lines.
When you have finished, you have the order in which to press the buttons.
Button 1 is 1st, button 2 will be either 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th.
Each of the other buttons will also have a 2, 3, 4 etc next to them.
So if button 4 only has 3 next to it, for example, you would press it 3rd.
